I build the AI crew that runs home-service businesses — and I put it on a stage and make it work live, in front of the owners who need it.

I went quiet in January.
I wasn't gone. I was building.

Seven months off the feed, heads-down with Paul Wiese on a suite of software built for one industry and no one else: the trades. Nine products. One crew. It's live now — so I'm back, and I'm going to show you all of it.

What's actually on my board

Not a bio. This is the live list — what I'm building, where I'm standing, and what I'm shipping this quarter.

Built by the TradesLive

Nine products, one crew

I run product and development for a software suite made only for home-service businesses: instant quoting, reviews and referrals, profit, budgeting, sales coaching, gamification, dispatch, and property monitoring — all on one platform. Each piece is great at a single job. Together they run the business.

The HUGE Convention, Orlando

"Meet Your AI Crew: Watch AI Go to Work on a Real Business." Friday, 4:00 PM — the last session before the hall closes. No frameworks. A room full of owners watches AI sell, review, and coach in real time. One of them sells an AI prospect on stage.

My AI development and consulting firm. Custom software, automation, and business operating systems across home services, real estate, legal, and health and wellness — the shop where most of what I now teach was figured out the hard way.

The thing I say in every room

You don't need more leads.
You're leaking the ones you've got.

Most owners are told to buy more traffic. I'd rather plug the leak, squeeze every lead you already paid for, and multiply the same list. That's not a slogan — it's the order I do the work in.

Numbers I'll stand next to

Real results from real operators — and the one that started all of it, which was mine.

18% 74%

My own close rate, after a mentor moved me off scripts and into consultative selling. The whole career turns on this number.

Speaking

Every other session teaches a framework.
Mine shows you the future working.

  • Phones come out in the first five minutes. The room texts my AI receptionist and gets one built for their own business before I've finished the intro.
  • Everything is explained at a third-grade level. X goes in, Y comes out. Nobody in the room feels behind.
  • The demos are live and they're on my hotspot. A real company's reviews, torn apart on screen, showing the money sitting on the table.
  • Someone in the audience does it themselves. A volunteer sells an AI prospect on stage and books the appointment — then I ask what happens when it's selling for them instead.
  • I don't measure a talk by applause. I measure it by how many owners are standing at my booth ten minutes later.

How I work

Certainty, not pressure

I ask why until it gets personal

Every business goal ladders down to something else — family, freedom, legacy, the people on your payroll. I keep asking until we hit it, because that's the thing the software is actually for.

"Let me think about it" isn't a time problem

Thinking doesn't take time, it takes information. If you need to think, there's a question I haven't answered yet. So I ask which one.

Every day you wait, the intent drops

Motivation, certainty, and urgency all decay on a schedule. That's why I'd rather hand you one page you can act on today than a proposal you'll open next quarter.

Off the clock

Intentional joy

A personal operating system, six words long. I talk about it as much as I talk about software, because the owners I work with are usually winning at one and losing at the other.

Coaching 8U softball

A dugout full of eight-year-olds will teach you more about leadership than most business books. Mostly: praise loudly, correct quietly, and never lose the room.

The Dancer and the Gymnast

A small 3D-printing business I run with my kids, making gifts for the dance and gymnastics world. They handle design and quality control. I handle the boring parts.

Training, on purpose

Health and business performance are the same conversation. I've never met an owner whose company was outrunning their own energy for long.
